Bailey Care Home #1 offers a newly remodeled kitchen with newcabinets, countertop and floor tile. All appliances, including gasrange, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave are brand new.
Bedrooms
Bedroom #1 contains a large window, blue curtains, and a sea motif bedspread with matching pillowcases and throw pillows.
Bedroom #2 contains a large window, cream curtains, and a cream and light green tropical bedspread with matching pillowcases and throw pillows.
Bedroom #3 has a large window, rose curtains, and a tan bedspread with matching pillowcases and throw pillows. This bedroom also has direct access to an exit via a sliding glass double-door with blinds. Because of the access to an exit, this room would be the most ideal for non-ambulatory consumers.
Dining Room
Bailey Care Home #1 features beautiful hardwood flooringthroughout the living space and large windows that let in lots ofnatural light. The beauty of the living space is enhanced withwide, newly renovated and painted walls.
Living Room
The living room of Bailey Care Home #1 adjoins the dining room. The living room features a leather couch, an end table, tworound tables, an easy chair, an entertainment center withsatellite television, DVD player, and radio/CD player, and anon-used fireplace.
Bathroom
Bailey Care Home #1 has two bathrooms. One bathroom is forambulatory use only and has its own bathtub. The other, picturedhere, has been modified to assist non-ambulatory consumers. This bathroom has new tiling on the floor and walls, and a newshower, toilet and sink. The bathroom features handrails for thetoilet and shower and extended ceiling-mounted shower curtains.
Office
Bailey Care Home #1 has a large office space available in thegarage building behind the house. Bailey Care Home staff hasaccess to a copy machine, telephone, computer, fax and printservices in this area.
Laundry
Laundry facilities for Bailey Care Home #1 are also located in thegarage behind the house. The garage is located just off of therear of the home and is fully accessible to consumers. Thewasher and dryer are both brand new, side-loading machines. This area also contains a scale for non-ambulatory consumers.
Front and Back
Bailey Care Home #1 has a front yard with shrubs and flowers along the house. The home also has a carpeted ramp leading up to the front door.
The rear of the house has a wide ramp for exits from the rear bedroom and hallway.
Backyard
The back yard is large and fenced in with a lemon tree and grass. Residents can enjoy the sunshine and privacy of the back yard where umbrellas for shade, chairs and a barbecue grill are located.
